Open the bakery early each morning and prepare the workspace
Mix dough for breads, rolls, and specialty baked goods
Prepare fillings, toppings, and a wide range of pastries
Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Assist with inventory management and ingredient rotation
Collaborate with the team to develop new products when needed
Requirements
Previous experience as a baker or pastry cook required
Strong understanding of baking techniques and food safety
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required
Valuable time‑management and multitasking skills
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for quality
