Required Experience

payment, delayed payment or other irregularities and perform collection activities as required
Perform credit reviews for the purpose of determining customer credit worthiness
Research and resolve payment discrepancies/claims/rebates in a timely manner and ensure they are tracked accurately
Processing debits and credits on customers’ accounts while also ensuring compliance with customer agreements
Generate and distribute customer invoices, statements or other documentation as required
Create and maintain customer master records and account information
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Robust computer skills in applications including Microsoft office: Specifically, Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams
Accounting software: Experience in an ERP environment (Visual Manufacturing, Global Financials, PRMS, preferred)
Knowledge of accounts receivable process, general accounting principles, budgets, and internal controls
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Robust customer service skills
Work independently as well as with a team
