Required Experience

payment, delayed payment or other irregularities and performcollection activities as required Perform credit reviews for the purpose of determining customer credit worthiness Research and resolve payment discrepancies/claims/rebates in a timely manner and ensure they aretracked accurately Processing debits and credits on customers'' accounts while also ensuring compliance with customeragreements Generate and distribute customer invoices, statements or other documentation as required Create and maintain customer master records and account information Perform other duties as required Qualifications: Solid computer skills in applications including Microsoft office: Specifically, Excel, Word and Microsoft
Teams Accounting software: Experience in an ERP environment (Visual Manufacturing, Global Financials, PRMS,preferred) Knowledge of accounts receivable process, general accounting principles, budgets, and internal controls Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Positive verbal and written communication skills Solid customer service skills Work independently as well as with a team This position is based out of Listowel, ON.
Salary range: 47,000
