Description du poste
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a FRACAS Engineer (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System).
Reporting to the RAMS Group Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and managing the FRACAS process on major rail projects.
Your main tasks will include:
- Set up, configure, and administer the FRACAS process for railway systems and subsystems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data from operation and maintenance feedback.
- Identify failure trends and perform root cause analyses to propose corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Track the effectiveness of corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement of system reliability and availability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve technical and project-related issues.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and reliability performance indicators, and present findings to clients and project teams.

Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the railway sector, with solid understanding of rail systems.
- Experience in implementing and managing complex processes.
- Robust background in reliability engineering.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and FRACAS tools.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to summarize complex information.
- Leadership skills, team facilitation, and ability to challenge technical assumptions.
- Fluency in both French and English.
