ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking a Quality Control Technician that will support the quality management system by ensuring accurate documentation, verifying equipment information, and identifying and addressing quality issues. This role works cross-functionally to resolve non-conformances, maintain inspection standards, and support continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality expectations. What You Will Do:
- Learn and comprehend the quality management system, work instructions and procedures
- Organize and maintain inspection and testing documentation and files
- Identify and record equipment components, accessories, and asset details
- Gather and verify equipment inventory information, equipment additions and serial numbers
- Act as a liaison between departments to support drawing interpretation, design changes, and resolve fabrication, weld, paint, and PDI-related issues, including non-conforming parts
- Identify inconsistencies and support corrective action(s)
- Provide support and maintain effective communication with management on quality related issues
- Maintain high inspection standards for each part and process and detect variations between similar looking parts
- Take photos of equipment and accurately complete all documentation
- Perform internal quality assurance audits that are compliant with company policies
- Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of equipment being worked on
- Actively participate and follow all safety policies and maintain integrity

- Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent and consistent attention to detail
