We are seeking a agile, experienced, passionate, organized, and child friendly Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, managing staff, and maintaining a positive environment for clients and team members alike. The Center Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization through effective management and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery
- Ensure adherence to LinguaSprouts curriculum and standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents
- Drive Marketing campaignes
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to meet organizational goals
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation
- Oversee program planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and community involvement
- Conduct regular staff training sessions, including teaching best practices and safety protocols
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to maintain high service quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote programs, events, and initiatives that support organizational growth
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the facility's operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or coordination role (education, childcare or learning centres preferred.)
- Proven experience working with children (ages 5-15 years)
- Demonstrates strong character, integrity & professionalism
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High level of professionalism and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced structured learning environment
- Ability to manage schedules, staff, and daily operations.
- Capable of multitasking and coordination ability
- Excellent communication, marketing and parent engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in leadership roles within similar settings or organizations
- Strong background in budgeting, financial management, and resource planning
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to train staff and engage community members effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including decision-making, problem-solving, and team motivation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
