Join our newly branded Member Services team as a Member Experience Agent, where you'll play a key role in supporting members across the region and ensuring the smooth processing of membership and property transactions. It goes without saying that you’re a great team player who works well collaboratively and have a high level of personal and qualified integrity.
What You’ll Do
This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape the role as the department continues to evolve. You’ll work across multiple databases, including the MLS® system, and be a key point of contact for members—whether in person, by phone, or online—to offer timely and accurate processing of membership, property transactions or other services.
Champion Member Engagement: Listen actively to member feedback and respond with professionalism and empathy.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Streamline service delivery processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness, while also ensuring data compliance with board rules, bylaws and privacy legislation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless member experience which includes greeting visitors to the building, responding diplomatically to inquiries, comments and complaints or redirecting as necessary.
