Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator provides essential operational, administrative, and onsite support to senior leadership and the Advisor Sales channel enabling Relationship Managers and Consultant teams to focus on revenue-generating activities. This role plays a central coordination function across sales enablement, collaboration tracking, and day-to-day office logistics, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and execution consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive sales coordination and administrative support to Advisor Sales Relationship Managers and Consultant teams, acting as a central point of contact for day-to-day execution and ad-hoc needs.
• Collect, track, and maintain records of collaborative activities across Relationship Managers and Consultant teams to support leadership reporting on coverage, coordination, and effectiveness.
• Support onsite sales team needs at the office, including printing, shipping sales materials, managing physical collateral, and ensuring readiness for meetings and client engagements.
• Coordinate sales materials, promotional items, and logistics for small meetings, internal initiatives, and advisor-facing engagements.
• Provide light office and meeting support for internal senior leadership and sales meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and handling basic catering duties such as water and coffee setup.
• Process expenses, sponsorships, and administrative requests while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal policies.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and continuous improvement of sales support processes.
• Leads and execute small sales person led events up to ~20 people.
• Manages expense reports for consultant teams.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, or asset management industry
• 5+ years experience in:
• Event management including planning and execution
• Sales support, administrative support and/or client service
• Communications
• Project Management
• Experience supporting sales or distribution teams
• Experience interacting with and providing support for senior level leaders
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools including CoPilot, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• General understanding of investments and how sales driven firms operate
