Role Overview
As a Junior Store Manager, you will support the District Sales & Talent Manager in leading the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and bring The Body Shop’s brand values and purpose to life. You will act as a role model on the shop floor, help develop the team, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Manage stock; monitor & manage change
Confidently use the data (KPI’s) we provide, to make sound commercial & business decisions to successfully drive your sales & your team performance
Identify & attract high potential candidates & develop current team members to succeed in their goals
Interest in & passion for learning about & leveraging knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors & our products
Schedules include holidays, nights, and weekends to meet the needs of the business
Flexibility to work across Sunday to Saturday is required
Skills/Competencies:
Experience in a customer-facing role, people leadership & team development required
Proven ability to meet sales & performance targets with outstanding planning & organizing skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture
Experience coaching & developing a successful team to drive sales
Outstanding problem solving & communication skills
Experience analyzing data (KPI’s) to make sound business decisions required
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required
