Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to established standards and customer specifications Ensure all meat products are handled safely and adhere to food safety regulations Package meat products efficiently for retail or wholesale distribution Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment in compliance with health standards Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage procedures Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service when assisting customers or answering inquiries Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and equipment operation Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, especially in butchery or meat cutting, is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations Ability to operate knives and other meat processing equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent knife skills and precision in cutting Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as needed Excellent customer service skills for engaging with customers professionally Kitchen experience or background in food handling is a plus Commitment to maintaining a clean, protected, and organized work workplace Job Type: Full time Pay: $17.61
