Key Responsibilities
- Support a broad range of corporate commercial matters, including entity maintenance and reorganizations
- Manage corporate records and file systems, including maintaining physical record books and organized filing structures
- Oversee Registered & Records (R&R;) matters, including annual reports, director/officer changes, and company registrations
- Assist with internal corporate reorganizations, working closely with accountants on structuring and implementation
- Contribute to a high-volume corporate practice with exposure to meaningful, hands-on work
- Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, or
- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant with relevant exposure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing corporate records
- Experience with corporate filings, record books, and entity maintenance
