\nWe are seeking dedicated live-out caregivers / personal support workers who demonstrate a deep commitment to the well-being of their patients at home. The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, adaptable, and able to provide high-quality care with professionalism and respect.\n
Responsibilities:
\n
- Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration (oral and subcutaneous), and personal hygiene.
- Offer specialized care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, including those with dementia.
- Must be available during the day AND/OR night and able to stay at the patient’s home according to the requested schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, including assisting with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively in English and French to meet the needs of diverse clients.

Requirements:

- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Assistance in Health Care Facilities
\nOR Attestation of Vocational Studies (AEP) in Support for Assistance in Long-Term Care Facilities\n
- Current CPR and PDSB (Protected Patient Handling) certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home care
- Law 90 certification: comfortable administering oral and subcutaneous medication
- Ability to travel independently in Greater Montreal or own a vehicle
- Honesty, reliability, adaptability, and respect are essential qualities
