What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
- Significant experience delivering organizational transformation and technology implementation services in multiple industries, in consulting or in-house roles
- Demonstrated experience in multiple Workforce Transformation areas, such as technology implementation (Workday, SAP, Salesforce, cybersecurity, etc.), Business Model Implementation and Impacts of AI on workforce
- Ability for storytelling and building executive presentations
- Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leaders
- Experience leading proposals and related presentations to lead sales efforts
- Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching different teams across various topics and domain
- Ability to create new sales opportunities from new and existing clients
- Strong client relationships driven by service excellence
- Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes
- Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- A strong communicator and storyteller capable of simplifying complex concepts
- Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended
- The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
