🚀 Now Hiring: Training Coordinator (ERP / Workday LMS)
We’re looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support training delivery for the ERP Workstream of the US Utility Integration Project. This is a high-impact, contract opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, large-scale training environments and has deep Workday LMS expertise.
📌 Role Details
- Contract Duration: May 11, 2026 – September 30, 2026
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week
- Pay Rate: $72/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Location: Remote (Ontario-based candidates only)
🧩 What You’ll Do
As a key member of the ERP Training team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and supporting end-to-end training logistics and LMS activities, including:
- Managing training logistics for virtual and in-person sessions (scheduling, rooms, AV, catering, MS Teams setup)
- Building, testing, publishing, and managing courses and offerings in Workday LMS
- Managing enrollments, rosters, attendance tracking, learner communications, and course evaluations
- Supporting training effectiveness measurement through reporting and data tracking
- Partnering closely with Training Leads, Instructional Designers, Trainers, OCM, and Business Unit coordinators
- Providing onsite or virtual support during training delivery as needed
- Managing training inbox communications and ensuring an excellent learner experience
- Supporting development of tools and templates for tracking training delivery and execution metrics
✅ What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Workday LMS in large, complex implementations
- 5+ years of experience coordinating training logistics across multiple courses, trainers, and locations
- Strong understanding of training development standards, learning terminology, and file types
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules for both virtual and in-person training
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, CoPilot, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Willingness to work overtime during peak training delivery periods
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on positive learner experience
Nice to Have
- Power BI experience
- SharePoint Online experience
- Familiarity with audit-regulated documentation processes
