We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a well-established Change Management team supporting a large-scale, multi‑year transformation program. This is a high-impact role focused on rolling out a new enterprise sign‑in and authentication system—a foundational capability that will enable multiple downstream initiatives and impact thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $44/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Location: Remote (must be located in Ontario)
👥 About the Role
As a Change Manager, you’ll plan and execute end‑to‑end change strategies that drive adoption, minimize disruption, and support sustainable behavior change. You’ll work closely with fellow change managers, project leaders, and senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams to deliver a explicit, consumable change roadmap.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to business objectives
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to assess readiness and risk
- Create and deliver clear, effective communication plans
- Integrate change activities into project and program plans
- Design and support training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies
- Identify and proactively manage resistance
- Track and report on adoption, engagement, and change success metrics
- Support leaders and people managers in reinforcing desired behaviors
- Prepare executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project/program management
- Proven experience supporting complex change initiatives (technology, transformation, process improvement)
- Strong working knowledge of change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
🌟 Nice to Have
- Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar)
- Experience in large enterprise, agile, or hybrid environments
- Background in technology or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience coaching senior leaders and executives
