VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Executive & Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Executive team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, preparing for meetings, handling calls from customers and contractors, and assisting with daily operations to maintain high levels of efficiency and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Overseeing all aspects of executive support, communications, and office operations
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate support functions across departments
- Prepare, review, and maintain reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Track and report on key operational priorities, deadlines, and projects
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and organization
- Provide analysis, summaries, and reporting to senior management to support decision-making
