Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief People Officer (CPO). The CPO will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and culture. Responsibilities include overseeing talent management, succession planning, employee relations, HR policy development, performance management systems, and fostering employee engagement.
