To support their continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist for their Corporate Head Office. The Payroll Specialist will manage full-cycle payroll for approximately 120 employees. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing using the ADP payroll system, administering employee benefit and retirement programs, supporting the HR function and handling all payroll-related remittances and reporting, including union obligations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels to provide payroll-related support and guidance. 5-10+ years of payroll administration experience, ~ Solid knowledge and experience with ADP payroll systems ~ Solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirements ~ Experience with union payroll, including dues, benefits, and pension remittances ~ PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) designation is an asset ~ Accommodations are available upon request for candidates participating in all stages of the recruitment process, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
