Your responsibilities as a bartender will include, but are not limited to, the following.
\n
- Stock bar inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
- Ensuring the bar is ready for business before the restaurant opens.
- Communicating with Department managers before shift regarding special functions or events
- Greeting guests, offering suggestions of food, wines, specialty drinks, and beers, and preparing drinks for the entirety of the guests' stay.
- Communicating with management all guests' concerns
- Providing optimum guest satisfaction and service
- Excellent use of your time management skills
- Any other responsibilities connected and ancillary to the job function assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of bartending experience
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Smart Serve Certification
- Flexible working hours
- Knowledge of personal computer and restaurant software
