We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Controller to oversee all administrative and financial operations of our office. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, accurate financial tracking, and support for operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Perform invoicing and billing for oilfield services
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Track expenses, budgets, and job costing
Prepare monthly financial reports
Work with external accountant for year-end and tax filings
Monitor cash flow and financial health of the company
Administrative & Office Management
Oversee all office operations and procedures
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Handle payroll coordination and employee records
Manage insurance, permits, and regulatory documentation
Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams
Operations Support
Assist with driver paperwork, tickets, and log tracking
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years experience in office administration or accounting (oilfield experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience with accounting/invoicing software ( Sage 50, Open Invoice, Cortex, Ariba, Pandell-Jobutrax)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
