Responsibilities:
- Develop system- and component-level V&V; plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability from specification through verification evidence
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience in verification & validation, test engineering, or reliability testing for electrified, industrial, or heavy-duty equipment.
- Practical familiarity with: o High-voltage DC systems and electrical safety practices.
o Vibration, environmental, and EMC testing methodologies.
o Instrumentation, data acquisition, and troubleshooting of complex systems.
- Understanding of functional safety principles for machinery, particularly ISO 13849Performance Levels.
- Ability to generate clear technical documentation and structured validation evidence
- Experience with battery-electric vehicles, mining equipment, or off-road machinery.
- Knowledge of functional safety standards and supporting frameworks (e.g., ISO13849, ISO 26262).
- Familiarity with BMS, traction inverters, charging systems, HV interlock architecture, and insulation monitoring.
