sponsored events including fundraising, family, and community involvement.Sustainable employment and growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct modal, random vibration, and response spectrum analyses to evaluate system durability and performance towards compliance.Perform nonlinear structural analyses, including contact, large deformation, and material nonlinearities.Carry out impact and transient dynamic simulations for structural integrity and safety evaluation.Perform FRF/VTF to identify and quantify vibration transmission paths. Isolator evaluation will be critical to most battery packs.Conduct CHT simulations to evaluate thermal performance and cooling effectiveness.Analyze flow distribution and airflow performance within battery packs using Ansys Fluent.Develop 1D system‐level models to support performance prediction and system behavior analysis.Build, validate, and refine simulation models using test data and engineering judgment.Collaborate with cross‐functional engineering teams to translate real‐world operating conditions into simulation environments.Interpret simulation results and provide design recommendations to improve performance, durability, and reliability.Support troubleshooting and root‐cause analysis for field or test issues using simulation methods.Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to engineering teams.Your ProfileMinimum 3‐5 years of experience in structural analysis with a focus on vibration (PSD's), non‐linearities and fatigue using Ansys Mechanical products.0‐2 years of experience in CFD with a focus on CHT/ flow distributions using Ansys Fluent.An undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant field.Expert knowledge of Ansys products.Basic understanding of battery systems, GD&T, drawings and manufacturing processes.Basic understanding of mechanical testing evaluation i.E., shaker testing, strain gauges, OMS, TPA and FRF's.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Team player and problem solver.Precise technical presentation skills.Ability to help suggest design changes without simulation.Multi‐tasker.Wage/salary for position: $95,912.00
