The candidate's primary responsibilities: Intake of the email and digital content marketing plan 60 to 150 days out; Management of day-to-day unplanned email and digital content activities; Primary liaison to support the enhancements to the MRM planning module and the development of performance metrics.The candidate must have robust communication skills, be highly organized, possess strong planning skills, ability to work under pressure as well as multitask, ability to interpret the business ask to define the requirements, and be able to maintain a relationship of trust with peers, superiors, and partners.Responsibilities:Accountable to appraise marketing planning brief to ensure completeness and accuracy. Manage individual campaigns at a global level to ensure that they are within the assigned resource management allocation.Manage unplanned activities, including last minute ad hoc requests to determine available resources on a day-to-day basis in a timely manner while ensuring additions are within resource management allocation. If not within allocation, liaise with our partner to rework the plan.Responsible to work with the business lead to establish the resource management allocation to ensure maximum use of resources and continually manage resource allocation as per evolving business needs.Subject Market expert, as well as the primary liaison to continue to develop and evolve the MRM system for planning module and reporting. Serve as point of contact to ensure all deployments are managed in a cohesive manner.
