OntarioMD is seeking a Senior Analyst, Change and Project Delivery to join our team.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing change management and project delivery activities and plans that will help drive corporate priorities internally as well as the adoption of digital health services in physician practices and other clinical settings, as a project resource for other business units.
Working as part of Corporate Planning, on the Strategic Change and Project Delivery team this role will:
Change Management
- Lead the design of change management activities and plans to support process change, organizational change and strategic enablement.
- Develop and validate the change management deployment and delivery approach for digital health solutions, including plans for adoption, communication, and training.
- Drive transformational and change activities in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Build engaging content used for communications and training resources.
- Act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and executives to champion change and resolve resistance to ensure successful change delivery.
- Facilitate group discussions with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in and increase adoption of digital health services.
- Contribute to the development of change management best practices and templates.
Project Delivery
- Coordinate project planning by developing timelines, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Drive accountability by tracking and reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist with preparation of project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to support project execution.
- Advise and engage project/program leads to ensure delivery is aligned with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.
Business Process Improvement
- Conduct interviews and observations as needed to understand current state.
- Provide recommendations of potential solutions and processes to meet business objectives.
- Lead process map design for future state (and other workflow documentation as required).
- Communicate process changes and enhancements verbally and through written documentation.
- Work collaboratively with project/program leads to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Assess requirements for new or improved processes.
Training
- Assess staff training needs, developing and conducting training as appropriate to support and reinforce change initiatives.
Requirements that are important to us:
- 7+ years of experience in change management and project coordination.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience with digital health services, practice management approach and quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, tools and the change process (PROSCI, etc.). Accreditation in one or more methodologies an asset.
- Knowledge or experience in the Health Sector and/or government is an asset.

Base salary range of $71,000 - $91,000 annually; final compensation offered will be determined based on experience, skill set, education, training, and internal equity.
