The Opportunity:
The Refugee & Immigrant Specialized Experience (RISE) program provides individualized support to IRCC eligible vulnerable immigrant and refugee newcomers in the Surrey and Delta communities with the goal of supporting their successful integration into the community through eventual participation or referral to the appropriate settlement programs. One (1) year recent experience in case managing vulnerable refugee youth populations, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
