As a Casual Clerk, you will provide essential administrative support under the supervision of the Program Coordinator. Your role includes managing correspondence, screening inquiries, coordinating workflows, and maintaining filing systems. You will be crucial in ensuring effective communication within the team and with community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen incoming calls and prioritize urgent requests
• Coordinate and compile information for effective workflow
• Type documents including reports and correspondence
• Perform receptionist duties and redirect calls appropriately
• Maintain and compile statistical reports on activities
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and recognized secretarial program completion
• Three years of related experience or equivalent education
• Proficiency in keyboarding at 60 wpm
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize work effectively
