Key Responsibilities:
• Screen incoming materials and prioritize urgent requests
• Coordinate workflow and direct referrals to staff
• Type and transcribe documents from drafts
• Answer calls and relay messages appropriately
• Maintain appointment calendars and inventory
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion and secretarial program graduation
• Three years of related experience or equivalent training
• Proficient in keyboarding at 60 wpm
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize work and manage tasks effectively
