Leadership, Training & Personnel Development Providing mentorship, training, and handson guidance for developing other Field Specialists and junior personnel.
Offering recommendations to the Operations Manager regarding performance evaluations, hiring decisions, or promotions.
Participating in companydirected professional development, technical courses, and project work to advance both personal and improve organizational capability. HSE, Quality & Compliance Upholding and demonstrating Baker Hughes commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence across all operations.
Maintaining strict compliance with all internal HSE standards, regulatory guidelines, and procedural requirements.
Immediately report all nonconformities, equipment issues, and undesired incidents to the Operations Manager.
Ensuring all tools, vehicles, and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and presented to professional standards.
Onshore Support Contributing to onshore activities including equipment upgrades, maintenance programs, and quality control initiatives.
Participating in technical/safety meetings, project reviews, and operational planning sessions to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will: Engineering degree / Technical Diploma. 3+ years of directly related wireline tractor and/or mechanical intervention experience (Preferable).
Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record.
Towing trailer experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internal reporting tools).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high organizational standards.
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to lead by example.
Demonstrated accountability, ownership of work quality, and commitment to operational excellence.
