Role Overview Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Host plays a key role in welcoming guests, organizing the tasting room flow, and supporting the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, inviting personality Deliver exceptional guest service Organize tasting room sections and manage guest flow Support serving staff as needed Collaborate with team members Maintain cleanliness and organization Assist with event setup Manage reservations and guest records (Commerce7) Handle guest feedback professionally Adhere to Smart Serve guidelines Foster a safe, inclusive setting Qualifications 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer service Robust communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast
