determined metrics.Discussing pricing options with clients.Acquiring accurate pricing through 3rd party suppliers.Coordinating deliveries and installers.Placing orders through Air Table.Updating billing and maintaining accurate volume and revenue projections.Issuing invoices, changes and final inspections.Overseeing the project from beginning (R.O.M) to end (delivery, install and inspection).Maintaining accurate Procore accounts for projects moving into contract phases.Attending project billing meetings.Working alongside the GM and President to create strategic initiatives and market strategies.Qualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in sales, project management, or business development in construction, glazing, façade, or building envelope industries.Has an existing large network in the construction industry.Experience working with property managers, architects, contractors, or developers.Ability to manage projects from pricing through execution.Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Experience with CRM or project management platforms (Procore, AirTable or similar) is an asset.Self
