Maximum Bonus Potential: 10% of base pay, that rewards exceptional performance.

Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Candidates whose experience surpasses the expectations for this role may be eligible for compensation above the advertised range.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Wellness Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective use of Amica’s wellness assessment and documentation systems, assist Director of Wellness (DOW) and Neighborhood Coordinator (NC) in day
