Compensation & Hours:
The rate of pay will be $25–$35/hr, depending on experience
Full time position, temporary position
Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
Position Summary:
Perform welding tasks using various welding processes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
Prepare materials by cutting, fitting, and aligning components
Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety standards and procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications:
Previous welding experience in a shop or industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
Welding certification (CWB or equivalent)
Experience with fabrication or metalworking
