Food & Beverage Server
Key Responsibilities:
● Follow established service standards to ensure a seamless and memorable wedding experience
● Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of washrooms, wedding tents, service stations
● Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously according to event specifications
● Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless dinner service
● Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings, assisting with cleaning duties and comply with Kurtz policies and procedures
● Complete side duties based on wedding day needs
● Tearing down event spaces efficiently after wedding/events conclude, including removing decor, furniture and equipment
Event & Floral Crew
● Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, décor, floral installations
● Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service
● Monitor event spaces and respond quickly to guest and clients needs
● Flower processing, preparation, cleaning, organizing
● Designing: skills to create hand tied bouquets, vase arrangements, along with other wedding installations and event flowers
What We’re Looking For
● A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
● Attention to detail
● Physically capable of lifting, moving and setting up event and floral installations
● Valid Smart Serve Certificate
Pay: $20.00 per hour
