Hamm Infrastructure is currently seeking a Water & Sewer Foreman (Nisku) to join their team in Nisku.

Required Experience

•
site liaison between project management, clients, contractors, and trades.
· Enforce compliance with all federal, provincial, and local safety regulations and company policies.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
· Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on project status, risks, and accomplishments
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in water and sewer infrastructure or civil construction as a foreman or similar leadership role.
· Strong understanding of Canadian construction codes, safety standards, and best practices for water and sewer projects.
· Demonstrated success managing water and sewer projects from start to finish.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) and standard office applications.
· Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Gold Seal, safety training) considered an asset.
