Education & Certification
High school diploma (required).
Forklift certification (required).
First Aid certification (asset).
Drivers License (asset).
Experience
1–2 years in a warehouse role (clerk, forklift operator, etc.).
1–2 years in a leadership capacity (team leader, shift lead, supervisor).
Experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation is an asset.
Skills
Strong leadership and teamwork.

Able to manage stress and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and organizational ability.
