Become a key player at Fresh Prep as a Warehouse Operations Manager at our Calgary facility. Lead national inventory management and oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
In this in office role, you will be responsible for national inventory accuracy across BC, AB, and QC, driving waste reduction and managing stock movement in our warehouse. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will validate inventory processes and lead cycle counts to support operational success.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee national inventory accuracy and variance reduction • Manage receiving processes and stock movements • Drive improvements in inventory control systems • Ensure timely cycle counts across all locations • Align production and pick schedules for optimal inventory flow
Requirements: • 5+ years in inventory and warehouse operations • 5+ years of Warehouse Management System experience • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • 3+ years of people leadership experience • Experience in food manufacturing or distribution
