Key Responsibilities – Warehouse & Operations:- Supervises daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving.
- Manages inventory control (inbound/outbound) and maintains high levels of accuracy.
- Oversees the loading and unloading of trucks and container shipments.
- Ensures all goods are inspected and meet quality standards.
- Maintains a clean, protected, and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities – Logistics & Distribution:- Coordinates outbound shipments to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Plans and books freight, monitors carrier performance, and resolves issues.
- Manages inbound international shipments and liaises with customs brokers.
- Reconciles freight invoices and controls transport costs.
- Supports export shipments to international customers.
Key Responsibilities – Planning & Inventory Management:- Monitors stock levels and supports inventory planning and replenishment.
- Tracks inventory accuracy and investigates discrepancies.
- Manages returned goods and ensures correct processing.
Skills & Experience – Required:- Proven experience in warehouse or distribution as a lead.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, freight, and inventory control.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Forklift license preferred or willing to train for
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
