Compensation\nThis position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $21.86/hour with eligibility for a afternoon shift premium of $1.50/hr where applicable (DC roles only), and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,200.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
