Hours: we want you to feel like you have just as much authority as we do and so long as our child is active, learning, laughing and respectful then youre doing your job just fine.
We are new to the area and we would have loved to find a nannyshare situation but for some reason thats proving to be very difficult right now.
However if thats something that would interest you and you''d like to talk about it more then please shoot us a message.
We can be fairly versatile with hours between 15 to 35 a week.
Some weeks will be more than others and because of our unique family agile which we will explain during the virtual interview phase we may ask for some overnight hours but you''ll never be completely alone and if you are, we are welcoming to having a person from your family keep you company as its only fair.
We treat our child minder like they are a part of the family and ideally the relationship does not disintegrate when you move on or if we find we dont need you anymore.
We expect to help you in whatever way we possibly can but would appreciate the same authenticity back towards our family.
We do have a small 6 pound shih tzu but if youre not comfortable with dogs then she will not be part of your routine.
All we ask in terms of housekeeping is that whatever messes you and our child make while youre here
