*The Opportunity*We are a family‑run automotive garage located in Espanola, Ontario, and we are currently seeking a certified *Truck & Coach Technician (310T)* to join our team. This is a full‑time, hourly position within a supportive, team‑oriented environment. Our shop is fully equipped with modern tools and equipment for diagnostics, wheel alignments, safety inspections, and tire services.*Key Responsibilities*The Truck & Coach Technician will perform a full range of mechanical and diagnostic services in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, including but not limited to:* Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery installations, lighting replacements, transmission services, AC recharges, and wheel alignments* Conducting diagnostic procedures to identify mechanical, drivability, and electrical issues and providing accurate repair recommendations* Completing required repairs and verifying work through testing before returning vehicles to customers* Inspecting vehicles to ensure compliance with provincial safety and emissions standards* Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices* Ensuring proper use and longevity of shop equipment* Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work environment*Qualifications & Assets** Minimum *2 years of recent, relevant experience* in the automotive or truck & coach service industry* *310T Truck & Coach Technician Certificate of Apprenticeship and Certificate of Qualification (C of Q)* required* Experience with both domestic and import vehicles* Dealership experience considered an asset* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Clean and valid driver’s license* Team‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high‑quality customer service* Working knowledge of shop tools and equipment including alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and wheel/tire equipment*Additional Information*This job description is not intended to be all‑inclusive.
