Ensure boats, fuel, safety gear, and equipment are prepared each day.
Clean and organize boats and equipment at the end of the day.
Provide an enjoyable, professional experience for guests on the water.
Assist with general lodge duties when required.
Qualifications
Previous experience guiding fishing trips or working at a fishing lodge preferred.
Strong knowledge of freshwater fishing techniques.
Comfortable operating aluminum fishing boats in large water conditions.
Friendly, professional attitude with strong guest service skills.
Ability to work long days on the water in a remote environment.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
Valid driver’s license required.
Pleasure Craft Operator Card required (or willingness to obtain).
Season
Approximately late May through early September.
