Day Creates and submits trade new hire requests. Acts as the single point of contact for all recent hire trade orientation and scheduling dates for all training activities. Sets up facilities and materials required for training. Coordinates and notifies participants and instructors of travel arrangements. Provides computer support for training activities. Performs data entry of all training and qualification. Provides weekly training reports to supervisors and tracks qualifications in the customer system to ensure compliance. Assists with training audits. Assists with other general clerical duties as directed. Promotes a safe and healthy workplace by following safety rules. What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required. Knowledge of onboarding processes and systems. Ability to schedule, track, and manage internal and external training sessions for staff across various departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadline. Perform accuracy in data entry, training assignments, and documentation. Competence in using learning management systems (LMS). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment. Total Rewards Package Salary: $52,000
