Learning Experience Design: Identify and recommend learning modalities (e.g., workshops, digital modules, coaching) suited to technical and behavioral skill development.
\n
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Principal Consultant and Program Lead to align training recommendations with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
\n
Measurement & Adoption: Define success metrics and feedback loops to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensure ongoing capability uplift.
\n
Documentation: Produce a comprehensive Training & Upskilling Design Pack outlining frameworks, learning pathways, and implementation recommendations.
\n
Qualifications 8–15 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR transformation, or talent enablement with exposure to AI, technology, or data functions.
\n
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise learning programs or academies.
\n
Robust understanding of competency modeling, instructional design, and capability measurement.
\n
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n
Prior consulting experience in organizational development, L&D;, or digital transformation preferred.
