Hours: annually for goal setting (PEAC) and evaluation. In conjunction with Corps Officers, complete payroll supervisory functions in Workday.

Conduct appropriate ongoing staff and volunteer training for all aspects of merchandise handling including. Provide ongoing, consistent coaching, performance feedback, and manage the evaluation (including probationary evaluations) of all thrift store employees ensuring that they work together to achieve the purpose of the organization and enhance the ministries of The Salvation Army. Ensure that all employees maintain any mandatory training or certification; identify training needs.

Prepare, post, and maintain work schedules for those supervised. Complete payroll supervisory functions in UltiPro inclusive of approving vacation, sick time, etc. for staff; respond to inquiries from staff regarding payroll matters. Enter hours in UltiPro for approval by the Corps Officer.

Interview prospective students and volunteers, orientate, train, and supervise as required. Coordinate the posting of available positions; participate in the selection, and orientation process for current staff, including initiating of the appropriate documentation process.
