Achieve sales and productivity goals byutilizingall available resources to meet the customersu2019 needs. Assistin the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including but not limited tomerchandisepresentation, housekeeping, and productreplenishment. Assume cashier duties as needed. Assistin the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives. Assistin the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store. What You Bring _Required_ Ability togenuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers Customer service experience Ability to collaborate, work as a team, andbe adaptable in the workplace Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge,experienceand/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, community relevant to the storeu2019s customer base Attention to detail Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs _Preferred_ High School Diploma or GED _Physical_ Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, tablets, phones,copiers, etc.) Standingrequiredfor entire work shift Bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed Use ladders for visual merchandising, light adjustments, and window bannerplacement.
