In this role, managing up to 40 calls a shift, you'll be instrumental in guiding patients through their healthcare decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient situations and document findings accurately
Provide clinically relevant information to empower callers
Ensure timely documentation in the software system
Liaise between callers and emergency responders
Adhere to guidelines for productive service deliveryRequirements:
3+ years clinical nursing experience required
Active Registered Nurse license in valuable standing
Diploma in nursing; Bachelor's preferred
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
