Goliathtech recherche un(e) technicien (ne) comptable pour compléter son équipe.ResponsabilitésEffectuer la facturation client quotidienne pour les différentes entités de l'entreprise, en respectant les échéanciers établis.Vérifier l'exactitude des factures émises (prix, quantités, codes produits, conditions particulières) avant transmission aux clients.Assurer l'envoi des états de compte aux clients.Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients liées à la facturation, avec courtoisie et rapidité.Supporter le département des commandes concernant les questions de crédit.Enregistrer les factures fournisseurs, préparer et imputer les paiements.Collaborer avec le département de comptabilité pour la fermeture mensuelle (rapports divers...).Compétences et qualifications requisesDiplôme d'études collégiales en administration, comptabilité ou une combinaison de formation jugées pertinentes; Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans une entreprise structurée ou à volume de transactions élevé; Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes comptables / ERP; Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils Microsoft Office (capacité à manipuler des données, faire des suivis et produire des rapports) ; Rigueur, souci du détail et capacité à repérer les erreurs (prix, quantités, conditions particulières); Organisation etrespect des échéanciers, capable de gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément; Bonne communication écrite et orale, orientée service client; Capacité à suivre des procédures établies (ISO / processus standardisés) et à documenter ses actions; Esprit d'amélioration continue, capable de proposer des ajustements pour optimiser le processus de facturation; Bilinguisme anglais/français à l'oral et écrit car la majorité de nos clients sont anglophones; Qui nous sommesGoliathtech une entreprise de Magog en pleine expansion, jeune et dynamique établie depuis 2013. Goliathtech is looking for an accounting technician to join its team.ResponsabilitiesPerform daily customer invoicing for the different entities in accordance with established timelines.Verify the accuracy of invoices issued (pricing, quantities, product codes, specific conditions) before sending them to customers.Ensure the distribution of account statements to customers.Respond to customer inquiries related to billing with courtesy and efficiency.Support the order desk with credit questions.Record supplier invoices, prepare and register payments.Collaborate with the accounting department for the monthly closing (various reports....).Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.Proficiency with digital tools and accounting/ERP systems.Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools (ability to manipulate data, track information and generate reports).Robust attention to detail and ability to detect discrepancies (prices, quantities, special terms).Well organized, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer
