Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Technical Inside Sales, you’ll be a key player in supporting customer needs, processing orders, and providing technical guidance on welding and wear protection products. You’ll also work closely with our sales team to help drive business growth and deliver outstanding service experiences.
What You’ll Do
Handle incoming customer inquiries, orders, and technical questions by phone and email.
Support our customer service team as required.
Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers and sales reps.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely invoicing and shipment.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, order confirmations, and backorders.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer relationship building.
Respond promptly to customer requests for documentation or technical support.
Run daily/monthly order and sales reports for team analysis.
Maintain CRM records and assist with internal coordination between departments.
Support warehouse and shipping operations by preparing orders for dispatch as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Engineering degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant industrial experience, ideally in wear services or related industries.
Language Skills: Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
Customer Focus: Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver excellent service.
Technical Aptitude: Capable of understanding and communicating technical concepts.
