Qualifications
Valid TCP certification with at least, 1yr exp. as a TCP .
A positive attitude — grumpy flaggers need not apply.
Reliability — showing up on time keeps the roads (and your crew) moving.
The ability to stay cool when someone insists they’re “just turning right.”
Road Paving experience considered an asset
Experience with Heavy Equipment and asset
Fantastic verbal and written Communications skills
Being active and enjoy what you do, and being a Safety First mentality
