Education in accounting and/or tax preparation or equivalent experience is required. Preference will be given to applicants with an accounting degree or diploma and experience with personal, small business, and farm tax preparation and bookkeeping. Other requirements include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with common business software, and an ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
